Health Tips 26: In the last tip I told you
about the importance of eating fish. Who do not like fish, I asked them

Let’s come to the point, as you know omega 3-fatty acid
is really beneficial to get rid of body cholesterol which can be found
in fish but if you do not like fish then you can take Flaxseeds.
Flaxseeds are composed of Omega 3-fatty acid that you can buy from any
nutrition store. As a food supplement you should take it once per week.
