Health Tips 33: You can wear an ID bracelet with an indication of your allergy. In case of emergency it would be easier for other people to know about your allergic reaction. You also should tell your friends or colleagues about your allergies before going to any buffet.

Health Tips 34: Do not neglect your allergies and consult with allergist or immunologist for better diagnosis and treatment of your allergies. They can identify the specific triggering factors of your allergic reaction by testing and prescribe you medicine according to the result.

Health Tips 35: Widely known food allergens are like milk, soy, peanuts, sea foods, eggs, etc. If these types of foods cause you itchiness, sneezing, swelling and hives then you should avoid them as soon as possible.
Health Tips 36: When you find out that specific food causing you allergy, you should discard that food form your meal plan but you need to readjust it to gain all the vitamins that allergic foods has.

Health Tips 37: Well it is hard sometimes to let go your favorite foods from your menu just because that food cause you allergic reaction. You can try by yourself or join yoga or meditation program to gain the ability to control your mind as well as your food desires.

Health Tips 28: Many people have allergy. Allergy came from allergen. Allergen is the substance that causes allergy. Particles like dust, scents, pollen, pet’s hair, smoke can help allergen to trigger allergy. If you think you have allergy then you can consult with your doctor or trace the pattern of your allergy by yourself. Then you need to strictly follow the rules to prevent allergy.

Health Tips 29: If you suspect that you have allergy because of your food habit then you need to apply elimination dieting. For that you need to eliminate each food item you eat usually for a period of 2 to 4 weeks to see any changes. Then repeat the same procedure in an opposite manner by start adding those food items one by one to your meal to see if those allergy symptoms are showing up again or not.


Health Tips 30: Avoiding the allergy triggering food is the best way to deal with food allergy. When you buy packed food check the labels to see if that food has any additive that can trigger allergy. So you need to be careful. Always choose fresh and unprocessed foods.

Health Tips 31: You need to maintain a diary to list down all the foods that you eat every day. Also take note when allergy symptom shows up. In addition take side notes about your scent, soap, cosmetics, clothing that you wear or pet’s fur etc. This will surely reveal the exact reason for that allergy.

Health Tips 32: It may not possible every time and you may hesitate but try to ask the ingredients of the foods that you eat at parties, restaurants or even someone preparing your food.
