Health Tips 24: Whenever you buy your
groceries and cook food, be careful about how much you are going to eat.
As an example, if someone wants to cook noodles, he just takes the
packet and cooks it to eat. Well the pack may have said the number
of servings like two people or four people but the person feels hungry
and eats it all. We always live in a hurry, so whether we eat at home or
outside, we do not have time to think before we eat but that need to be
changed if we want a healthy life.
