stay away from junk foods. Junk foods may taste great but it is really
bad for body. This type of foods contains high level of sodium, calories
and chemical ingredients which makes it feel and taste like real
organic foods. If you feel like having a break then just choose fresh
nutritious fruits and vegetables instead of junk foods.
