Health Tips 13: There are lot of misconception
about Carbohydrates. Well one thing i want to clarify that
Carbohydrates do not increase weight. Carbohydrates is the main source
of our energy and it contains low fat. So do not cut down Carbohydrates
from your meal. But listen, the side dishes that we eat with rice and
those spreads that we place in the sandwiches are the ones that need to
be limited.
