Health Tips 19: We need to be careful about
holydays and parties, because sometimes we cannot control our self from
eating too much in those days. In those days people used to prepare some
delicious and mouth watery foods. You need to stay away from its
preparation to control yourself. I know it is very hard but just set in
your mind that you eat only nutritious foods and avoid those
mouthwatering foods as much as possible.
